Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you
received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your
returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take several business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of
the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
